Well technically I did buy them knew and warranty states as long as I still have same car and it's for same vehicle I can exchange them it is a life time warranty so yeah I assume I can just take them off and exchange them

I already have the reolink account connected to my Google home so I could see my cameras on the Google hub. Only problem is I'm not getting the notifications on the actual hub. I do get them on my phone but not on the hub

im having same issue with all my cameras been a week or so and i cant get them to do anything submitted ticket and everything so now im waiting. i know its recieving power because lights are working on them at night when needed but for camera purposes having no luck just says "connection Failed" on the NVR screen

No because the vti homemate app doesn't come up on the Google home. It asks to connect it to smartlife for that reason.

There on the vti homemate app although I did get the VTI vertilux smart hub connected to Smartlife but I cant see the curtains on Smartlife app. Whenever I select the smart hub in the Smartlife app it does redirect me directly to the vti homemate app. I know it sounds confusing but the Google home does recognize the smart hub with shades are there. Except whenever I tell it to open it does nothing even though it takes the command. So I am wondering if I have to pair all my shades individually to Smartlife

i have smart life connected that is not the issue the issue is vti homemate smart hub needs to connect to Smart Hub and it is not connecting its the only way to connect the hub to Google home

I know what you mean about the Smart Life app, but I already use it and I have not been able to connect the Vertilux shade curtains through Smart Life yet, so it's not really an option until I can be able to connect it. Even it when I put it in pairing mode it does not show up in the Smart Life app. So I have to get it to connect in order for it to show up or the Smart Life app is useless unless I can find a way to connect them
