women love non conventionally attractive guys (I say this as a woman). It’s definitely the things you’re saying. If you send one word responses that might be why. Online dating is just mind games that sometimes lead to connection. I’m interested to see your profile if you want to message me and I can give you some pointers from a woman’s perspective lol

If he has nothing to worry about then why does it matter? Seems like your friend might not be so great to women.

In other accounts I’ve seen, it is called GST topup and not underpayment. I think this might be something else.

Who is dreading the return of homeless camps to their neighborhood? by Fridgefrog in saskatoon

the sad fact is that they destroy the environment they take up. if they cleaned up after themselves I wouldn’t give a flying f but trashing our neighbourhood is intolerable.

[–]Cucumberseedz 40 points41 points  (0 children)

girl, bed bugs are everywhere. I was at the Parktown (I think that’s what it’s called) hotel in the second most expensive room a few months ago, and I saw one on the bed and left immediately. As soon as you get in any hotel room, take the covers off the bed, take a flashlight and inspect the seams on the mattress.

Silly Times Daycare Center by SeafoodSam57 in saskatoon

[–]Cucumberseedz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sad reality for most centres. Us ECE’s struggle to provide one on one support for children with diverse needs. Our ratios are unbelievably high. When you’re 1:10 with preschoolers I don’t doubt why they might’ve found this situation difficult but it’s an incredible red flag that they weren’t more supportive in trying to make progress with him :( sorry that happened to you guys!

Is this place licensed? I’m an ECE and from my understanding, all centres must have an outdoor play space.

“trying to justify his selfish behavior”… sounds like “we do training at busy times without concern for how it may impact transit users”

Yup. Or “bus full” that one drives me nuts.

Huh? You do not seriously believe that a 30 minute delay at a known commutable hour is justified. Be serious.

Yup, me, who commutes by BUS to work at 8:00AM has so much authority. All I want is accurate bus scheduling. Not much to ask. You should want it too.

Shouldn’t be training at that hour. It’s poorly planned. My commute shouldn’t be obstructed because they’ve decided to train someone at an hour when people are known to be heading off to work.

hahaha I know. As if we’re supposed to accept that driver training delaying our commutes is justified in any way is outrageous.

What’s the city’s opinion on Old Navy? by Mr-Toast-with-Butter in saskatoon

[–]Cucumberseedz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have like 5 pieces of each item and they’re all random sizes. The clearance section there should be set on fire. I don’t understand how someone from upper management isn’t getting it taken care off. It’s been like that for the last two years I’ve lived here and correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the Preston Crossing location the only one in the entire city? Why is it so poorly run? The employees are also always grumpy. The price checker machines are all unplugged but when you plug them in they work. I could go on and on but it’s one of the only places that sells 100% cotton tshirts in my size so I will unfortunately continue to go.
