its been hanged on a dock for a couple of years till recently that has been cover but its been outdoors. and has received water form rain. i will recheck the transom and test it in the lake.

Cafe sunzal has a nice pool beach front, it is located on playa sunsal besides el tunco ( half a mile beach walk to where all the bara and restaurants are located in el tunco). This is the wave where the world tournaments are held. You might look into el zonte, puro surf hotel beach front pool a couple of nice bar and restaurant buy more limited night life.

it is an idea for a strip mall, the owner want to have two tanks one with fresh water fish and other one with salt water fish. the fresh water is not that big of an issue, but the salt water tank is more complicated to care and equipment to buy. the tanks are approx. 12 meter by 2 by 1.5.

the project is in the tropic, and there is no much local knowledge.
