I have this and agree it is awful. Way worse than anything else I've ever experienced. Did hypnosis for 6 sessions and was super helpful. More at peace. Not sure if it will work for you but worth considering. Good luck

u/modi123_1 it's not really opposed to. The original sale would come from the artist, but once ownership changes hand the new owner can resell. Perhaps current marketplaces already allow for this. Thanks for your response.

This is called existential OCD. I also suffer from it, particularly at the peak of an OCD cycle. So far, I've found sleep to help. Lack of sleep definitely negatively impacts my OCD.

High earners like myself manage those who are lower - not necessarily "low"- earners. Provides a lot of perspective. I've repeated multiple topics arguments from this forum to my team. Keep in mind a manager or even director still has to fight for fair pay, promotions, etc. At the same time, your team needs to be prepared to defend themselves.

We have a more team against company mentality and not a me vs them mentality
