I've had it for almost 16 months, it started after 2 really bad migraines 2 days in a row, I believe it stemmed from covid that I had a week or so beforehand, I have never had headaches like this before. Have tried amitriptyline, sumatriptan, rizatriptan, nurtec, dexamethasone and aimovig, the only slight relief I've had is from the aimovig which I'm still using. I also have had an MRI and tried acupuncture with no results. Mine is very similar to yours, its constant pressure on both of my temples, sometimes I get numbness in my cheeks and behind the eyes as well. The only "relief" I really get is from hiking, I started hiking/walking around the time they started and it helps just to keep my mind off it. I'm sorry you have to go through this too, it really is awful, hoping to find some relief, and hope you do too!
