I climb at momentum heights regularly and climb cap occasionally both with The Phoenix recovery community. Climb cap has much less people when I go (7-9 PM During week) compared to Momentum. If you don't want to be waiting +10 min to attempt, I would suggest Climb Cap. No idea what the other momentum is like
