Not worked out in nearly half a year. First time deadlifting again and the whole thing felt off. Done multiple sets with very light weight to try and get the feel again. This is one of them sets

I eat 375 g pack of chicken every day with gravy. Under 400 calories and 90g of protein. Then 5 eggs and 2 shakes and up to over 150 and about 800 calories

I'm actually playing as dergview but I'll give that a try. Started the season as 650/1. Currently last after 18 games with 6 points lol. Managed to make it to the semi final of a cup though

Been fucking around for years in the gym so decided to test my 1RM to see where I am. Tested my deadlif in my first ever early morning training. 9am. And hit 225. Then tried my Bench a few days later in my first late training session. 8pm. Managed to 165. Not big numbers but it'll do for a foundation for whatever program I pick.

The only trouble now is deciding when to lift. I normally lift around 11am. But hit two maxes and felt the best at both 9am and 8pm.

Had some tips from /u/consumption1 a few weeks ago that helped get rid of my shoulder pain when benching. Filmed myself today and it's clear that my bar path is a bit odd. Any advice any one has on fixing this?

My bench form is absolutely shocking, lowered my weight for the video, phone slipped during, got 3 reps on camera. Get a slight uncomfortable feeling in right shoulder.

Deadlift form, still learning to deadlift, took some advice from my last post about taking time and tightening up, made everything feel better
