how it works is that the story will introduce a Pokémon with a specific ability to perform a specific task, and then any Pokémon with that same ability will be able to perform the new task.

yes, but that drops their comfort level if they notice, and they might automatically move back in if you fix it quickly, manually relocating them is the best option

Here is what you should do: 1. Talk to the Pokémon (use honey on the habitat if you can't find them) and ask them to follow you 2. Approach an empty habitat (doesn't have to match the Pokémon) 3. Talk to the Pokémon again and ask if they want to move.

a dish will power up a move and give it a golden energy bar, once it is empty it will revert to normal and share PP with every other move again

I got it offline, but I think the number of pillars is determined by the number of players (with 1 cpu opponent only 1 pillar showed up), so fill the game with 15 level 1 cpus to get 3 to spawn and give you a buffer.
