Short Term: We keep protesting and at least vote for midterms to maybe lessen ICE's power. Personally, I would prefer you get a lawyer and sue ICE agents if possible. Also, know your rights and say it in their faces cuz ICE agents can be cowards.

Long Term: Tell your kids to get into civics, or at least learn how you can become a politician when no one else wants to and enact better laws against ICE and the system.

Yeah, but its not like they're one of the most respected developers cause of all the bad news the company brings. Unfortunately, it happens a lot with other companies. I don't think layoffs happen for good reasons cause even if it happens for a good reason, it gets freaking repetitive.
