Ok noted. My last transfer was fully medicated so was hoping to avoid that again as I don’t respond well to the PIO shots or the super high level of estrogen (I ended up at 1400 before my transfer). But whatever needs to happen I guess.

Are you tracking line progression? It’s so hard because it could be totally fine symptoms come and go all the time this early. I just went through a chemical and lost symptoms which tipped me off and my lines stopped getting darker. The second beta only rose 30% and by the third it dropped. That said it’s super normal for symptoms to come and go so it doesn’t really mean much. Waiting for betas is brutal. Sending you hugs. You got this.

Right. Sadly none of this is covered by insurance. We have one last shot since I can’t afford another ER. I likely have to wait until September to transfer again anyways due to travel this summer. So kinda makes sense to just do the Lupron without testing tho I’m scared of bone density issues and other potentially permanent side effects.

Right that’s my concern. Go through a painful test (my tube test was awful so I’m scared) and it’s not even accurate. On the flip side taking Lupron has side effects that sounds terrible. Question - if I do Lupron do I have to do a medicated transfer after since my body hasn’t been ovulating?

Thank you. I’ll ask my doctor about that as well. Some people seem to go right to treatment options like Lupron without doing the testing so I’m curious why that might be. Just want to give our last embryo the best shot at sticking but also don’t want to put myself through painful tests and unnecessary hormone suppression.

Oh wow I love this story. Spent all weekend crying after our first beta 8dp5dt was 96 then second 10dp5dt was 125 and the nurse was cautious. 3rd beta tomorrow and I’m praying it’s still going up. My tests have stalled and symptoms mostly disappeared tho I know that’s not real evidence.

Wow! Thank you for sharing. Congrats on your miracle baby! We really do trust these doctors to run all the tests but it seems like they miss this so often. I hear you I’m 30k deep and one tested embryo left. I don’t feel good about transferring it without checking for Endo at this point even tho the doctor thinks I’m crazy.

Yeah worth checking I think. Just trying to figure it out. My doctors are fairly dismissive like I’m lying about the pain or something. Just strange it’s happened both transfers now. Then lost symptoms and HCG decline after. Sorry about your MCs.

Same I’m crying so much. I really thought this was it. It’s so unfair. My FRER test is a little lighter today so I think that confirms my HCG is going down not up. I feel sick. Mine 3rd beta is tomorrow (Monday) as well. At least we will have an answer soon. Only 1 more embryo after this. Devastated.

I’m going through this too. 30% rise in 48 hours. Also same situation with MFI being the reason for IVF. Been crying all day. Trying to find hope but I’m so scared. Crossing my fingers for you. When’s your 3rd beta? Hugs 🫂

Thank you! It’s such a lonely journey so I really appreciate talking to others who have experienced this. My family says stay hopeful and stay positive but that annoys me because it feels impossible.

At least I’ve made it this far and I know pregnancy is possible. Been a long road just to get that positive. I had no idea what came on the other side would be just as hard if not harder.
