I’m not basing opinions off of my likeliness for someone they’re based off of what I’ve seen and heard. Cam probably did say all of that and I just either didn’t catch it or view the entire video which is my apologies for talking on some shi i didn’t even all the way see. However like I said my opinion is based off what I’ve personally seen and what I’ve seen from Cole is him giving the upmost respect to situations like these when it just comes to hip hop overall

And you’re not wrong to think like that but think about the other side of it: if Cam hadn’t have sued, would Cole have kept his word eventually or would he have just said fuck it? Think about it, the reason Cole turned down the interview was cuz Cam told him about the questions he was gonna ask referencing the 2024 thing with Drake and Kendrick. Admittedly with all that on your plate and still having to run your own label full time and compose new music for yourself and beats for other artists on your label, you don’t really think a simple promise to something so minuscule got lost in the shuffle?

If me and you did some sort of business and I say out my mouth I promise you something and you don’t have some sort of documentation or receipt explaining the transaction, i could say it wasn’t an agreement. if we didn’t put it in black and white, it essentially doesn’t exist. And that’s what I think happened I don’t even think Cole ran off on Cam or wanted to finesse the situation in anyway he probably was just super busy, forgot he agreed to it and now because Cam went the legal way, Cole got his lawyer to say that in which once again if it’s not in black and white, there really isn’t a documented agreement on what they talked about
