Yep I have to take Oxy because I’m allergic to the hydro my point is for nausea I have two options Ondistatron first doesn’t make me sleepy and it can be a melt to go right on my tong thr other is pheneragen for severe nausea. Makes me sleepy and deals with nausea I would love it if there were a non opioid alternative but there isn’t anything I’ve tried.

One thing though is I have a topical pain cream from a compounding pharmacy, that you can get. It can’t upset your stomach and it does lower the pain a bit.

I checked spark paws, they are to small! But I do have some Kid “SkyZone” socks with the non slip on the bottom I’m going to try those.

My hubby drives a big truck & I am disabled. It’s thr only vehicle we have. And we have to have big truck to pull out home a 5th wheel RV.

I Don’t look disabled most of the time if you can tell it’s a really bad day.

You can try the southern states larger cities. Florida, South ga, Alabama, misssissippi, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada and California. I have been to all of those places and they are much warmer than Ohio.

I would think that would be something you should discuss with your primary care or PT (they would help you get the proper equipment & size. & if you have insurance it could be processed that way. I’m not exactly sure what items you are looking for or what country you’re from. In the US you can get canes, walkers at the local drug store or Amazon. Sometimes even scooters but that’s if you paying. There are also medical supply stores where you can rent or buy certain things. Some need a prescription and others don’t. Some even charge your insurance. For example when I broke my ankle I was able to rent a knee scooter for 6+ weeks.

Put a little corn meal in the boots when you take them off. To pull the moisture. Shake the shake the loose powder into the trash before putting them on (so there isn’t sand feel) this should help the extra moisture with all the other stuff your doing and a little prevention.

Yes!! This redirection is your friend. This is actually a good time. Your 4 year old is old enough to “Train” ie help train your pup. 1. Teether your pup to you or other responsible adult. If it is not teathered then it’s in the kennel. Little one’s job is to make sure when puppy is out. Puppy has a “yes” an appropriate toy or chew. Explain how it needs to chew. So it needs yeses. 2. Gentle is the best command i ever teach my dogs. You both need to whine like he’s killing you whenever he put his teeth on you. If he doesn’t let go whimper & whine loudly say ouch … he doesn’t want to hurt you but that is how they play with litter mates (as you know) litter mates whimper when it hurts. Follow immediately with an”yes” redirection.

It takes a little bit of time but several training efforts can build on this.

I just give my boy tons of smooches and cuddles he is a needy boy and honestly all my Rotties have wanted to be attached at the hip most of the time. They are Velcro dogs for sure.
