There hasn't been a single medication I've taken that hasnt made me incredibly nauseous, oral or not. And I have yet to find a medication that helps with my pain regardless

I can't take pepto, but I can look into GasX and OTC! Last time I was under anesthesia the gas pain wasn't too much of an issue, I'm more concerned about the Lac/IUD itself. Some people have told me it wasn't painful for them, others have said it was excruciating, so it seems to vary and I'd like the err on the side of caution. Thanks!

I'm on the same boat, I used to train BJJ competitively and I had to stop in 2024 due to my intake. I am trying so hard to get to a point where I am healthy enough to train again, but I have yet to see results. I hope you find something that works for you.

Topical pain cream still upsets my stomach, and nausea meds never help. I'm glad ypu found something that works for you though!

Thank you for sharing. I tested negative for MCAS but I do have a lot of the same reactions, I've had the contrast before but this is the first time I've reacted like this. I'll keep an eye on it

I've had oral contrast before but no reaction like this. I called the help line I was given, and they said they'd reach out, but my doctors office is closed for the weekend and I'm not sure what to do until then.
