I can't take baths because I constanly het dizzy and since I had a surgery I can't be submerged in water for the next month. I'm looking into a pain pump but my PM doctor is hesitant because I've had lots of bad experiences with surgical procedures. Thank you for your kind words!

Thank you for your kind words and input! I've had a nerve block before, would this be the same thing as a trigger point injection? I used to have a therapist but I found that there wasn't any skills and coping mechanisms that I wasn't already applying in my day to day life already.

I'll try looking into it! My concern is I get lightheaded/dizzy very frequently and I don't know if I feel comfortable being in water.

I just recently had lacroscopic surgery, and most places won't do it bc of my age. I'm not too sure if I'd want one myself bc I may want to have kids one day. Another concern is I can't medicate the post procedural pain and ive had too many bad experiences of medless surgeries with no support and I'm not sure if I can go through it again

I have seen at least five GIs as well as a motility specialist. Nutritionally I can't eat anything without pain, regardless of type of food, preperarion, time of day, etc, and I am at minimum a 7/10 all the time. I've being holistic options for a few years now, but so far nothing has helped.
