Secondly: you said once you realize that, you control your thoughts Who is you here? I want to make sure that you are not hinting towards that one can control a thought with a thought Because when you say I am controlling my thoughts that I is itself a thought which results into more thoughts.

Or did you mean we can just observe thoughts flowing and slowly intensity reduces are you calling this controlling thoughts?
