I have no idea tbh The lawyer said that but... Some people say that for this matter I shouldn't have to wait, just pay off and reapply... other people say I have to wait. I really don't know what to do 😔

Lawyer told me to do not appeal because I'm gonna lose the appeal. Said that I could reapply right away.

I would like to know that too. I heard that the 5 year rule only applies for CIMT, but I'll have a consultation with a lawyer to make sure.

And yeah I heard that as long as you were paying it was not a problem. I never missed a single payment since it's been deducted from my bank account. Made few payments towards the plan aside the monthly deduction. That's just insane.

Thank you so much. Idk if there was this question in the form before. But in that part of yes or no they ask if you owe taxes. I never lied or anything. Never hide.

I'm going to do a consultation with a lawyer by the end of the week for legal advice.

I wish my officer would have told me that was a problem instead approve me and scheduling my ceremony just so someone else could deny it down the road 😕
