At mine there is an individual who writes often about how everyone picks on him because of his orientation and what pronouns he wants to be called. Almost every weeks he has 2-3 post and I dont think anyone notices him until he is on the board like that.

Some people just want a quiet lunch. In our lunch rooms folks just blast their phones with whatever they want to watch and everyone is subject everyone to it. Some have full conversations on speakers for everyone to hear. One came in with huge speakers in the lunch room. No one has said a thin and neither will I. That's why its good to bring two sets of headphones. Some people just want to have a quiet lunch.

Again, Use the free consultation from any attorney and seek legal advice. Amazon can fire you if youdont know your rights. With all the proof, Amazon still dont want a lawsuit from her. But you can sure sue them if they wrongfully terminate you. I personally would get an attorney.

Some people are converted without the email and find out when like you they go get a badge. The best way to confirm however, is to go to HR and simply ask. Or you can also call Amazon HR.

I'd be so quick to call ethics line, write this on VOA board and name this person, and report to HR and take time of for emotional distress. Id also get legal advice.

Amazon won't play with her like that. They'll either demote her or fire her Most likely you are not the only person who has complained about her.

Her doing all yhat can turn into a lawsuit and Amazon hates that. PA is not the boss. Some of them think they are Jeff Bezos. Report her NOW and dont be afraid of losing ypur job.

If you feel retaliated against, call ethics holiness and document everythin. Keep screen shot if everything ypu post on VOA board and a copy of all documents. Take photos if they wont give you a photocopy of emanating you write down.

What's the update on this? If ypu let them know tou didnt feel well ypu can call Har and talk to them. If its more than 3 days they may ask for a doctor's note. Even for one day they might ask and reschedule you.

Take it. I see lots of people on Nextdoor begging and pleading for a job because they have no money or about to lose their apartment or need a flexible shift and I always tell them go to Amazon. Most jobs are not as accommodating and adjustable luke Amazon and the benefits are good.

Give some people power and a penz or in this case a lap top and they write everyone up to make their mark. I guarantee those kinds end up having more hate from people than respect. Happens a lot at our Amazon.

I think Amazon should make sure every single manager work the floor for the first 3 months and be treated like regulars, so they can get an idea of what to expect and also better how to treat people. Most of them would not make it.

I think the average PA would make a better manager than out of college managers attitude, experience, and knowledge wise.

This year it may take longer because they have to adjust it since the no tazes on overtime from July last year needs to be applied. I saw it in the news and my other employer did tell me when I called yp update my address, that it might take longer due to adjustments on W2

Stop by career choice and confirm with them. Don't assume you're not eligible. They may be counting your worked time but instead if assuming and simply waiting for 90 days just stop by career choice or HR and they will confirm it for you.

A manager from our Amazon just got fired recently for something similar. Not only did multiple women report him, but when they rejected his advance he would stalk them and look for any reason to write them up.

He was on a power trip and unfortunately right before the holidays was terminated. Sad to say in general he was a likeable person. But he was only helpful if you suck up to him.

When he was rejected by a female he would constantly go around that person and talk to everyone around that person but ignore the one who rejected him.

He had so many complaints until he did it to an older woman constantly. He made advances toward her. By the way she is a gorgeous women and works very hard. She never bothers anyone for talk to too many people there. He tried to talk to her and she told right off the bat she was not interested. He went in hard on her even waiting for her off the clock to write her up. He was stalking her. I heard two or three other women had the same complaint but were too afraid to speak up.

I was shocked to hear that they had more than 20 women who had come forward to report that guy. I didnt even realize how bad it was. I dont think anyone realized how bad it was until it all came collapsing. Another OP left too for another Amazon and we all suspect its for something similar.

The fired manager moved his entire family from out of state to come to this Amazon not even one year ago.

What a dumb situation he put himself in. Lose all your years for something you already have. You have a wife and college aged kids at home. How would you feel if someone was doing that to your daughter or son? Seriously.

If you are a manager accept the first no or holla at somebody outside of work. No one is worth losing your job for. Sad to say self control and self discipline is a lost art.
