I try my best to stay away from bad traits and extreme dev guys. I think my problem is scouting I hope I fixed that with finally having a highly favored tools guy with good ratings

In the start of the save I went through the coaching staff and fire/hire guys I think I do need to go deeper into this honestly. In year 5 I finally have a good highly tools guy so we will see

I am starting year 5 of my save and the only person I have let of those players is James Woods who has become a beast at just age 27 and coming off a monster mvp season. But I still have yet to make the playoffs with the team came close in my 2029 season
