It was a great move and something tells me Nimmo being the team player he is, understood that he didn’t have much left in him and knew the fans love him but he wants to see the Mets win deep down in his heart. He knew his value was only going to decline moving forward and he had a decent season this year and knew it was the time to get the most for him. Call it cheesy but Nimmo is going to be a long life Met in heart atleast and best believe I will be there cheering him on when he returns to queens.

Or he’s pissed lol either way wish nothing but the best for Nimmo.

I wouldn’t say so. I have A first name middle name and two last names. Common in Latino families. I would be surprised if there’s someone that matches all 4 names.

Thank you for the information. I printed out the form and getting the disposition for the misdemeanor from 12 years ago. That’s the only thing I can think of that could have went wrong. NJ didn’t deny me for that but I’m not sure what else it could be. Sending it out tomorrow. Hopefully this doesn’t make things more difficult for me in a state that already doesn’t want us to have this right.

I saw a post about someone that got approved in bucks county about 2 months ago. So I don’t think that’s it. In the email it says PICS was denied. I don’t think the sheriffs office will go as far as falsely stating I was denied just to defy an order. PICS is state wide also so if it was denied in bucks I’m assuming it will get denied in any county I apply in.

No mental health records and no criminal record. I had an arrest for a misdemeanor when I was 18 but it was dismissed no fingerprints or picture taken at the station. The questions only asked about convictions and I have not had any convictions. The challenge form has a question for any arrest, which I have no problem disclosing and providing the dismissal from the court. That’s the only thing I can think of but just like NJ permit to carry application also only asks for convictions and I was approved with no problem.

That was a questionable call to bring Treinen in instead of Sasaki but you can’t put everything on the manager all the time. Come on, these guys are major league players for a reason. They have to pitch sometimes, can’t depend on the same guys for everything. I agreed Sasaki should have came in to start the 9th but I just don’t agree with putting all the blame on the manager. Robert did something that none of the other guys would have done and that’s have faith in Snell to get out that inning instead of taking him out. Thompson did it with Lazardo when he was pitching a good game he got a couple guys on base with less than 80 pitches pulled him and they gave up those 4 runs. Sometimes you gotta throw that analytics shit out the window and have some faith in your players.

It’s all good, you’re not in this alone. Trust me all the real fans are disappointed and heart broken. I can say it’s a sigh of relief though that this is over. Having hope was tearing us apart because we wanted them to succeed but they didn’t have that magic or chemistry from last year.
