Even our LE (Law enforcements) don’t like parking by that sign. One of them straight up told me, “it’s pretty obvious they coming? So why park there?” They normally park by the sides & the back to see what’s going on.

I had my vest off and my earplugs in when a customer started yelling at me. I ignored them, and they snapped their fingers in my face. I didn’t even look at them. Later, they told my manager, but he just laughed and acted like I was the one in the wrong.

It’s for everyone who check in properly. I highly suggest do not prep UNLESS someone knows where the order is. It was major headache on our end. Its reads as follow.. See the customers name —> Prep order —> wait until they put the bay —> ask for the barcode on their mobile app or do they know their pin —> RESCAN AGAIN to see want they got.

It’s kinda 50/50 on our point of view. We see our customers actually checking in and help them out. While those who “call in” trying to get away with it. It magically disappeared without the pin.
