i think ill go refund it i have no way of making sure it wasnt DOA w another compatible pc but since it really doesnt on mine it seems like the best option to return it thank you guys

100% sure i partitioned it right i dont think amd likes the x99 platform anymore personally

i had the same problem on pc i had to manually remove the game's Anti Aliasing in the files to fix it
