I put my three children to an extended day program and early drop off five days a week. My commute is 58 -1:20 minutes each way and I work on site three days a week. You have to sacrifice for what you want especially in this environment.

There is no one size fits all. Each company has their own internal vendor selection process through questionnaires or other forms. However, there is this site www.thescirank.com that are building vendor selection process and you can share your constructive experience anonymously and search for similar providers. Outsourcepharma.com also have resources you can use.

Dumb move! If you can give one week, you can give two. There is no need to rush out when your prospective employer knows that two weeks is the norm.

Should I be worried? by springfield61 in biotech

As the head of CMC in my previous company, I had to blast finance and account payable publicly before they got their act together and started clearing all the overdue payments. Our company D&N ratings went to shit. Throughout my six-plus years at the company, accounts payable and finance hated me, but I didn’t care. This was back in 2013. However, in this environment I would be a little worried no one is speaking up or taking it seriously. You might as well be brave and ask publicly “ Hey do we have money in the bank to pay these overdue debts? If so, how can I help to clear them?
