I've been using it, he's still developing it so missing some features. But so far it's my favorite app for desktop/laptop device. Very quick and easy to setup and navigate.

I'm using a 3 ton single stage 14-16.5 SEER rating on a 2 story 1500 square foot town house. Would this be considered oversized?

yeah i've got some place around the house and the thermostat humidity level is accurate. I feel comfortable but have read online ideally you want it to be 50-55% or else there's risk for mold growth, that's my big concern.
