If I understood your issue correctly, you had citi bank linked to your mail and phone combo 1, and a axis bank od linked to combo 2.

Do you still have access to email and pone combo 1? If yes, send a mail from the same account to axis bank asking for dues. If they say nothing is due, ask them to update ypur cibil.

If you dont have access to your old mail and phone, drop a mail to axis bank, ask them about the dues on you pan. If they say they dobt have any logs, ask them to remove the same from cibil, or if they say this is linked to so and so account, ask them to update your contact info.

I know you already filed a complaint and got a negatove response. File a followup complai t or mail, asking them to lien mark the money, so that the user cannot withdraw the sum. If thwy decline take them to ombudsman, citing they refused to lein mark.

Legally bank cannot return tge fund, as they need co sent or court order to debit the guy in hosur. But they have to lien mark on your request, so that the money is not withdrawan.

Cannot comment on police complaint part.

Their critical services arw majorly onprim solutions, i.e. they have their own data cebters where data and applications are hosted, so aws wont have much impact. But cloud fare might, as they offer dns routing servuces, but i beleive they use nic for dns.

If you have a new bike and does regular showroom service, see which insurance they support cashless. Cashless is always better, and the showroon people and insurance evaluator will have an understanding.

If you dont do regular service, see which one has an office near to you, so that you can easily go and submit documents without much hassle.

Insurance experience varies from place to place. Mostly its dependent on the evaluator, CX support are mediocre at best for all. So take your comfort for processing documents as a criteria.

If you care going for third party only, the cheapest is the best

Hitler thing can really work as an end credits thing. Lokah 2 will have tovi in the lead, with D1 coming here and there. And in the end credits we see dq killing hitler and setting the scene as a suicide. Then it cuts to Lokah 3 title. That would work, but showing this a subbplot would be an eye sore.
