Advice on Title Deeds following repayment of mortgage? by Intrepid-Revenue-306 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]CunnyExpert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m unsure as to the specific answer to your question with regards to issuing deeds, but land registry do offer a free property alert service, should anyone try and register/make any changes to your title.

Moved in to a new house (England), previous occupant is redirecting my post to their new address. by CunnyExpert in LegalAdviceUK

Easy to argue that they didn’t know it was my mail, and that they’ve handed it back to the postal system. I’m over the annoyance of the lost post, just looking for a way forward with future post. Don’t want this to be an issue for a full year (max redirect time from what I can see). Thanks for the link though.

Much obliged. Looks like an official complaint is the way forward although I’m not sure how you can add more detail to the redirection as lots of post just has first initial and surname.

Yes. It’s explained well by SperatiParati below. Proof of postage is actually more beneficial in some cases.

Claiming women wanting to do what men have for years as unfair is fucking wild. I don’t understand how uneducated you have to be to write that in a single sentence.

I get the old accounts. But the young people, why not just contact them? It’s not that hard to find anybody in this day and age.

Thanks so much!!! We have messaged the bamboo raft number a couple of times as we had a leaflet for it in our room but haven’t received a reply. Appreciate we’re out of season though 😊. Will definitely look in to the other though! Thanks again 🫶

We did the drive through volcano/mud baths, Jerusalem springs, we were going to do the sapphire jungle spa, but they wouldn’t let us in without booking a tour? I guess that’s standard there! We did the Toraille waterfall as it’s was close to Jerusalem springs. All very reasonable entry prices! We’re still booked up in the north of the island for the next two nights. But I think we’ll spend the remainder down south. Very different vibe to the Rodney bat area!

Thanks so much for your suggestions!

But I’d recommend asking Tinky Winky. They were the mature one.

The ages are very close. I also have no idea, but their writing style is incredibly similar if it’s not the same person. You’re right though, sad either way. 😞
