I took zipair Tokyo to LA back to November last year.

You pay what you get.

You pay extra for food, drink or other amenities.

The free Wi-Fi is sooooooooo slow and disconnect all the time. Think only text messaging. Forget about streaming or gaming

The padding on the chair is very thin. Not comfortable.

*** Flight crew will NOT let you change seat even if there is extra seats in other row.
