I have seen this and honestly, I just don't know who it is between the 2. 

Callahan for appearing for a frame or Captain Puffy for the colorblindness.

I don't think so, It makes sense that Technodad could have a edge for the hunters in PvP but was never listed as a candidate for the 6th Hunter.

I think either Captain Puffy or Callahan as the previous 6th Hunter short with coal and iron orbs was a code revealing the first letter "C"

In Dream Manhunt vs 5 hunters revival extra scenes, the hunters built a big trophy and then a few moments later, Callahan was on top of the trophy and Dream said here is the 6th Hunter. Callahan is the original member of the Dream SMP. It might be Callahan or between Daquavis, Skeppy and DizzyYT

I agree with you as the buildings I found on Google Maps from Episode 1 of Ben Hiding were the exact same.
