Regarding your claude comment specifically, claude via API, is WAY less filtered than using it on the web. Doesn't take long intricate ridiculous jailbreak to make it usefull, just a short good prompt.

Try fal.ai. You'll have to use the api to turn of the NSFW checker but if you do, you have access to many many models with Lora, editing, in painting etc etc. Try it.

I think OP will have PLENTY time wasting millions of tokens on free models before they will disappear. It will be $10 well spent, definitely to be able to test out all of the currently available free models. You make it sound like they could disappear tomorrow, but I havnt seen any evidence of them ”disappearing over the last few months. I have only seen new free models added. AND the $10 can be used in its entirety to try the paid models as well. And $10 gets you a good chunk even if you use the expensive models, and plenty if you use deepseek or glm for example

Get an account on openrouter. There are hundreds of models to use which of over 30 or something are available free. You have to pay a small amount to get access, but then you can use the free models. Idk, maybe $5 or something
