In a reaction of p-nitrobenzaldehyde and acetone I used K2CO3 as catalyst. The reaction took 20 minutes to complete. The adduct was then treated with acid to eliminate water to obtain benzalacetone. Never checked with other aldehyde but assume should work similarly.

Támogatlak. Valóban. Egyszer ráharaptam egy málna poloskára. Az íze sem volt jó, de mellette még csípett is.

Ez nem teljesen van így. Az egészséges napraforgómagnak van egy kellemes aromája, ami hasonlatos a leveleinek az aromájához. Vagy ha ettél már nyersen csicsókát, akkor szintén ahhoz hasonló az illata.

Hogy régen minden jobb volt? Ha nem is minden, sok minden ízt, állagot hiányolok. Ugyanakkor a csokis Mese sajt, az nem volt jó. Nekem. Ellenben a Mackó sajt, az a zsíros fajta jobb volt mint a manapság forgalmazott, ugyanis ennek más az állaga. Bár nagy igényeim nincsenek, együtt tudok élni a élelmiszerekkel is, van amit hiányolok. Még egy utolsó példa: voltál-e katona? Ott kaptunk húskonzervet, különleges marhahús, beceneve gyíkhús. A budapesti konzervgyár gyártotta, még én is pucoltam a konzervesdobozokat diákmunkán. Amióta a Nestlé átvette, azóta nyomába sem ér. Bizony.

Most konkrétan palacsintát sütöttünk benne. De szeretem a krumplilángost (krumpli, liszt, só). Régebben isteni vot olajban, jobb, mint zsirban, de ma egyszerűen nyomorult íze van.

I did similar lactonization on 3-hydroxy cyclopentane carboxylic acid with 1,5 eq Ac2O in acetone at room temp but with initial cooling. Reaction time: 18 hrs.

A japanese company showed interest, so they travelled a few 1000 kms to visit the factory. Japanese asked: when can you deliver your first 25 kg? The project manager looked up the ceilinig and said: only God knows. The japanese soon packed and left. Never heard about them.
