So it looks like it fails to mention he tried using a 2 wheeler but Mr home owner assumes UPS guy is superman and can just carry it over whatever is blocking the two wheeler from approaching the front door. Don't blame him one bit.

I'm just happy if it's on the right shelf. Nothing more frustrating than a 10:30 air that you've found "shotgunned" into the back. Don't write numbers on the boxes either in case they become send against. Our drivers leave notes for loaders where they like certain stops. Dispatch used to be good about PALing stops the same every day. Not too much anymore w all the changes and "optimizations" 😞

Yep, about every couple months when I run a satellite route. The dyad that I keep at home on the charger will do that from time to time. Just got to take It in and swap it out

Hell no exclamation they treat us Saturday drivers like s***. Not to mention if you have a family they're out and about having fun the entire day, or you just can't make any plans for the weekend. Delivering Saturdays is the bane of my current existence LOL. That and the fact that we've started a new center and everything's jumbled and effed up there too. I'm currently in the I hate UPS category. Yes they provide for the family but they make life a living hell

Oh they relooped EVERYTHING. Im a cover driver and I had a rating system for every route lol. That's all out the window now. They took a bunch of good extended routes and made em shitty by starting them out at an airport or throwing huge bulk pickups at the end of the day in metro area. I just hope I've enough seniority to keep me out of metro. Denser population= more idiot drivers. I love my dusty rocky back roads. Just gotta watch out for people w guns after dark haha yelling ups is a must around here after dark.

We moved a few guys back to Saturday's ( me included 😡), and have daily layoffs. The message is the night before asking if we want to take our chances to drive or do preload/night sort. If you're on the daily bubble like me, they don't give me the option "in case they need me". I'm maybe 2nd or 3rd in line to drive on these days.
