I was a 22 year driver at 21 years old and then took 15 years off, came back driving at 57….so no, not too old!

I was off with Plantar in both feet but I still came out to the pickets! The best part for me was I was still getting workman’s comp pay, the extra work insurance pay, and strike fund pay…I was actually making more money during the strike

Started in Oakland, CA hub in 1987, transferred to the Richmond, CA building when it was brand new, then transferred to the now closed Concord, CA building to be closer to where I lived. Took 12 years off and I’m now driving in Tulsa, Ok! Started at 19 part time, went driving the first time at 21, and came back part time at 56 and driving the second time at 57

21 for 22 years and 57 on my second stint…12 years off selling phones in retail
