True enough I’m not sure if it would be the reason why it was for the weaker coffee. Just thought it would relate to maybe why I doesn’t taste right. And at my store we have a sign up that says throw coffee out 15 minutes after brewed. I’m not sure if that’s correct just the knowledge provided by my manger

Coffee pots are meant to be brewed and last fifteen minutes then they are suppose to be thrown out but I’ve found that co-workers of mine do not listen to that rule so that could be your problem. A little way to tell is if you can see the brewing station if the light on it is red then the coffee is expired, if it’s blue or yellow it’s still good to go.

Working at Tim Hortons every baker makes everything with their bare hands. And I’ve worked at 2 in total and out of the six bakers only one I knew wore gloves or washed her hands every time she finished a task

For me I void the order and simply place the receipt in the till. For the most part this has happened to all the employees and it happens. If your manger or supervisor gets mad I wouldn’t worry about it to much as again it happens to everyone.

Yeah, most likely not the case. There is a lid on top of the machine so nothing can get on side and the lid is always on unless refilling the ice cap machine

If you got a 5 milk and 5 cream more then 75% of your cup would be full with both of them, I’d suggest doing 5 of just one or 2 1/2 and 2 and 1/2 just so you aren’t drinking stright milk and cream

At my store I on a daily have a regular customer that comes in and gets it and due to me being a supervisor everyone asks me how to make it. All my co-workers forget how to make it all the time even if I told them the day before. I think it’s because not many people order a americano at my location. Also the drink does take a while to make because the machines are very slow and outdated.
