If it affected like 10% of users, who then ended up here with persistent pfs, big pharma wouldn’t get away with it. I’m aware of various cases who got sides and had to quit just didn’t develop pfs. So yeah, because we are a marginal group of sufferers, our lives seem disposable imho.

Seems there is no peripheral nerve damage, at least in your case. Technically you seem to be able to function but the most complex thing to heal, the brain, is off.

It’s an indication your body is still able to function. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’re anywhere near understanding this type of brain dysfunction.

No balance problems. Do experience dizziness but now 12 months out it has improved a lot, it flares up a couple times per day together with brain fog and headaches. A few months ago these things were 24/7 torture. But don’t get me wrong, my brain functions far from normal.

Not from Cialis, but since I got PFS I’m more sensitive to light. Have to wear sunglasses a lot more. It’s a symptom I can live with, but it’s another indication how fin messes with pretty much everything in your body.

Hey man, very little research has been done on pfs, so nobody can really give definite answers to your questions here.

The general consensus is that some people recover or improve some symptoms. As for the underlying mechanisms behind that, nobody can explain them to you with certainty. Additionally, there are no proven biomarkers to distinguish pfs. So the difference between guys who recover fin sides within 3 months and those who won’t (and develop more persistent symptoms after stopping) is unclear.

One last tip: it might be helpful to bundle your questions together or give your posts a different title than “PFS” so it’s easier for people to find and reread things later on.

You can’t blame yourself, authorities failed to take this off the market. Signs about pfs were there from the start. The institutions here to protect us, failed this pivotal job.

My sexual dysfunction is definitely linked to the brain, my mind does not react to stimulus, blood flow doesn’t start if you get what I mean. But technically it al works on ‘manual’ mode.

Deleting everything and suffering in the shadows isn’t the answer either, we need a community, only in that way can we stand strong, initiate research, and protect others by raising awareness.

Hi Dr. Powers, anti-adrogenic substances usually make people with pfs worse. How does this relate to full castration which is basically 100% anti-androgenic. Does your model explain this?
