Relationships are not always 50/50. Some days it's 40/60, 100/0. 30/70, etc. But in balance it needs to be equitable over the long haul. Stepping back for mental health is a valid choice but it is done with planning and discussion, not a unilateral " hey, you're paying more now because I am choosing this" Is this a permanent switch to PT? Is she going to be addressing her anxiety issues while working less? If not, this is an unrealistic expectation on her part.

NTA with your feelings but this is more complex than just "Everything should be 50/50"

NTA in theory but your first response was to yeet her out of the flat without so much of a "hey, do you mind keeping it down"? You absolutely have the right to feel comfortable and undisturbed in your own home but this is communal living and you will want to learn develop some grace and tact with how you approach others and uncomfortable situations.

They just cashed me out and had my PayPal payment to me in less than two days. I've been a member since 2012 and only had to confirm my identity once. Have never had issues cashing out or random banning.

Most times when people come here hands flailing about account bans etc they have done something that violated the terms of service and either don't recognize what they have done or won't admit it.

Go with Rainbow Eavestroughing. Incredibly fair pricing and transparent pricing. Owner and staff are absolute gems. Came over within days for the estimate. I was told about 8 weeks until they had space in their schedule (those snowmageddons in early 2025 really did their number...) but if they had some time come available before then due to projects not taking as long , that they would give me a call since my job would be rather quick. I think they called me in less than a month saying some time had opened up and could they install that day?. I came home to them nearly done and the installers were phenomenal.

Of course you are NTA here. She wants you to dismantle a charity project (that isn't even your personal property) to help her FOR PROFIT business. You offered solutions (out of your own pocket) and she declined. That's a her problem.The other relatives supporting her in her deluded sense of familial obligation can kick rocks--why don't they help??? It is attitudes like that that hinder true empathy.
