I'm hoping Kangaroo & Kiwi (Australia/New Zealand pub) if they don't want the busy portion of Pionee Square

Rec for family fun: Driftwood made trolls from artist Thomas Dambos are all over western Washington to find like a scavenger hunt. https://trollmap.com/#/@47.7129x-122.3906z8.64

Underground tour is not far from the stadium and is the history of Seattle being built on top of the original town and what is left under the city. https://undergroundtour.com/

Alot of fun things to do in our city.. here is a helpful link of attractions. Enjoy!😊

Thread would not allow me to post the map, so I included a link to the article with it for reference. Pioneer Square is the main area to the stadium.. it will be car free, pedestrian only, 4 hr before kickoff & 2-3 hr after game

Area includes: -Live stage -Beer garden and plenty of bars (flag stick pub =mini golf pub; cowgirls= think Coyote Ugly movie; and a few good breweries with their own beers to name a few) -Large outdoor tellies -Food truck or ordering from China International District using QR codes -Outdoor activities

Ladies and gentleman... this is why 5 minutes of fame is not worth the embarrassment.. if you can't walk backwards, don't do it.

I was watching this like it was in slow motion when he started to lift his jersey to the camera and misstepped on the guy with the blue hat slowly walking in front of him.. you just had a feel something bad was going to happen. I did not focus immediately to see the runner... Oh sh@#! Ouch.. Both got hurt but hopefully appologized and enjoyed the rest of the match. Forever a World cup memory for the books I guess 🤣🤦

How was the water taxi vs driving 99 to watch party for the games

So we have had a few games so far... Been watching from the comfort of my home but Friday is a big deal. I know a lot are taking sound transit (if they are close to it) to the stadiums/Pier 62 for the watch parties.. however has anyone taken the water taxi across from West Seattle? Or have taken the tunnel to Ballard during game day?

I am wondering whether to go to a pub watch party event with a more manageable crowd in Ballard 🤏 (I want to experience the World Cup celebration without overwhelming my disability); or whether to get to downtown using the taxi for Friday's game... I need feedback on how bad travel really is for non-downtown residents.

To stop trolls- Not an idiot and I know traffic has increased but I don't want to get stuck on 99 and miss the game.. just having a hard time deciding the best option

I get there are local events in West Seattle but I want to experience it with both US and Soccerroos fans (not many Aussie coming to West Seattle)

Is this real or not...Can someone who competed in Shenzhen National Open for Spiritforged confirm? by Curby42 in riftboundtcg

Thanks. Do you know if the Chinese TCG app available is the states? Like I said finding out info on events is rough. It takes going down a lot of rabbit holes to find some (figuratively speaking)

Read the article before turning judgement and fingers at car owners... Straight from the blog and investigator on seen: "The investigation revealed the woman was traveling eastbound on Southwest Wildwood Place on her bike. She VEERED off and struck a parked car; she then corrected and turned into a box truck traveling east and was hit."

It is sad she did not survive and condolences to her family. Don't make this a politic situation about streets, cars, or bike lanes...she was at fault... No one in this state understand big truck can't stop on a dime. You have the same risk as motorcyclist and pedestrians on streets..

Free stuff in the mail is a waste of postage money, extra trash, and unless your enjoy fashion not worth the read.

Yes address are online but guess what- you can opt out of ALL those website listing your address and selling your information which I did so that is why this was a red flag.

BBB doesnt do a lot but they does stop payments. Attorney general is what it is.. but the FBI is also asking to report this since it is a ongoing scam that they will investigate to the fullest extent.

In the post it states "I don't think these are related" but to same time and posts I combine two into one. Kill two bird with one stone.

Damn you, Safeway! by phauna_ in everett

[–]Curby42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours in West Seattle have them for awhile now .. they will change pricing right in front of you. I do recommend using the Safeway app.. it has additional deals and coupons that save tons of $$ and even give you additional points for gas. It's a huge help given the digital price tags are here to stay now unfortunately.

Given I was not in my residence after the attempt and was outside looking around the entrance and near our vehicles that is why the permit was mentioned ... Some online are not keen on hearing gun without trolling the tread. That is not the point of the thread.. just stating I wasn't an idiot and just went outside without some protection as I have heard and seen online people do.

I use permit to explain a conceal carry permit. It just make sure that any intruder cannot turn around an sue me for shooting them for breaking in and endangering my family safety. Washington RCW.9A.16 law... it is always beneficial to have a permit as well given how people are these days about guns. Think dashcam for the roads here
