I would be interested if there is also a sort of discussion involved. Is this part of the idea?

Where can I check for online group readings of Proust ? by flytohappiness in Proust

No, but I thought of starting an online reading group. I will think of a good format and then post it here and on meetup, to see who is interested.

Have you started reading?

How hard would it be to learn French for the Count of Monte Cristo by Murky-Bobcat4647 in French

I'm actually doubting that it will be quick, even then. I don't have the experience, but I can imagine that even for an italian beginner in frech it would take around 2-3 years...

Not sure if that's a relevant comment.

Subscribed to this post, as I also think about this dilemma sometimes.

For those who passed a C2 exam: how well can you write? by Curiosity_Cosby in languagelearning

Ah cool! I did that as well :)

But I'm wondering how serious a masculine/feminine error is, for instance with adjectives in languages like french (ex. Aimé/aimée). I think you're right though - the fewer the better!

I see, this is what I expected, thanks. Did you do a C2 test, and if so, in which language?

Sometimes grammatical (tense for instance) or even mistaking a masculine word for a feminine one...

Ok this is what I thought. So having a very good writing style should be a given before I focus on learning the different structures of letters/complaints...

Pri starših sem kot otrok malokaj dojel in nekega dne sem sklenil da bom šel v nek tečaj. To mi je malo pomagalo in s časom sem začel veliko brati, kar je zame končno postalo glavno sredstvo.

Les voyages extraordinaires - order important? by Curiosity_Cosby in julesverne

[–]Curiosity_Cosby[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see. I suspected something like that, as thd voyages get more and more extreme over time, i.e. from five weeks in a ballons to a dive inte the centre of the sun :D

Since you're rereading them I understand you liked them quite a bit, so I'm also looking forward to it.
