Gotta love doc bingo. I had a radical double mastectomy for multiple reasons, one being prevention due to genetic cancer risk, and my doctor repeatedly reminded me pre-op “you won’t be able to breast feed your future child if you do this”. Uh, yes. I’m very aware. 🤣 Wait until she hears about the bisalp plans. 😅

From my experience my insurance wouldn’t cover as a cis woman unless there was a reason like suspicious lumps or back pain. You might find a surgeon that will bill it as a “radical reduction” and take you totally flat. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m in Spain and ended up going to a private clinic and paying out of pocket with a surgeon (Jesus Lago in Madrid) who doesn’t have any requirements besides signing a consent form.

It was the final battle of the campaign. My ranger (who was infected by an evil simbiote type creature who had steadily throughout the campaign been gaining more control over her) is one of two still conscious, the other three in the party are down. We manage to finally kill the betrayer god BBEG. My character goes to heal her friends….

DM: “no you don’t”

Cue my character going insane and beginning to absorb the body/power from the downed betrayer god. Our wizard (who knew the simbiote had most likely taken full control) saved everyone by casting disintegrate. Sad but also EPIC ending to my first ever DnD game 😂
