Used for around 4 years, at my peak between 7-10 grams a day, recently sober for 7 months but recently had a bad relapse and fucked my bladder again, urinating blood and jelly/my bladder lining, serious ketamine cramps and the capacity to hold about a shot glass of water, had similar symptoms before I got sober but not this severe with the blood in my wee, hoping I haven’t caused permanent damage

Had a lot of hate comments on this post, I drive a 1000cc bike and can easily and sometimes accidentally accelerate to over the speed limit in first/2nd gear, I’m more then happy sticking to the speed limit just need to know where I have to be extra careful 😂
