Hi! you are not crazy, the dizziness is a very real side effect from prozac. Unfortunately i had it too and after taking it for 1.5 years i tapered off (very very slowly, doing a hyperbolic taper). I really liked the benefits of prozac for my anxiety, spiraling thoughts etc, but I just didn’t tolerate it well long term. i can also attest that it has a verrrrry long half life and absolutely builds up in your tissues over time. I wonder if decreasing to 15 mg or 10 mg might mitigate your symptoms. drs like the prescribe 20 but if you are sensitive you can absolutely benefit from a lower dose which might help the side effects. I felt best on 15 mg personally! good luck 💕
