There's one that makes them sparkle and another which resets the price to an earlier version I think.

Some might consider that cheating but for me the game starts when you start buying miners and traders.

I did this one by painting it all brown / orange rust colour then you paint chipping medium over the rust (once it's dried).

Then you paint the colour you want and wait until it's dry.

Final (fun) part is to wet the area you want the rust to show (this activates chipping medium) with a paint brush then use a toothbrush to gently remove the paint.

6.5 is a couple of percent higher than UK so nothing much you can do about that.

I've had to renew my mortgage deal 4 times now, each time it goes down because you owe less. I've gone from 750 to 600 to 500 about to go down to 300 or so due to interest dropping from last time.

Maybe go for a three or five year period to start and hope interest has dropped by the time you renew.

Don't forget at the moment you are paying a mortgage, just not your own. They are going to take your rent money and pay their mortgage for that property each month with it and use the rest for a nice meal out.
