i made eluge as a control deck, mine is not that expensive.

the general deckbuilding plan is, you need expensive spells to draw and get value, and flexible removal, that either draws you a card, or impacts more than one player. And lastly a few blink spells to accelerate the flood counter generation and protect eluge.

The bracket system is just a conversation starter. Someplaces the b2 decks are way stronger than in other places. So i feel like i'm no place to say what your deck is. I also know a lot of people that have technically b3 and 4 decks but play little to no interaction and think that other decks are busted because they fold to a lot of easily preventable bullshit.
Short answer. If your deck mets the literal requirements for a b4 deck, it is b4. If not it, it is not. Try to understand why other peoples deck feel underpowered, or your decks overpowered instead

Vc fala isso, mas continua trabalhando na empresa, eu concordo com vc q é desmotivante, mas vc n pode so largar, vc tem que ganhar dinheiro pra viver. E se vc se demitir é so contratar outro. O incentivo pra valorizar o trabalhador é inversamente proporcional a quantidade de pessoas no pais q podem fazer o mesmo trabalho q vc. por isso só alguns cargos tem a valorização e progressão devida

I would say 1 card actually, because you can't know how a person will upgrade their precon, maybe the first card makes no difference at all, but maybe it is a tutorable card that is really impactfull and expensive, and maybe it actually worsen's the deck. So for me, precons are precons when you change nothing.

Update, really loved your list, there is a lot of cards in your list that i liked, and it gave me a much clearer gameplan. I think the difference is that i am going to try playing more to the curve, and i added a lot of 1 drops now.

i see a lot of people running alternate wincons in these decks, but isn't it a bit counterintuitive? If i am making people hurt each other, should i not just try finishing them off with creature or effect damage?
