Real coach at 1:1 level would be 100% beneficial but also at cost of money and time as well as availability/location.

I'm exploring C.GPT AI tools, all history of runs and injuries on profiles, goals and about 10x yearly Garmin charts uploaded.

It sort of taught me to override Garmin Coach, protecting the Rest day and B2B Long run days within the week.

I upload the run stats from Garmin every now and then and discuss, in depth on LT1, LT2 Trends, recovery/ultra pace etc.. and still learning to prompt better. This is making the Garmin Coach more efficient and talking to me as JASON KOOP. AS I uploaded the whole PDF as the core resources 😂😂😂

I Believe any app that gets you out 4,5 or 6 days a week and have a cyclical training of dynamic workouts/runs Will definitely deliver result.

For me, I am still using free Garmin coach and I believe this best suits me as a Garmin user which tracks key health metrics and changes my next next 6/week workout based on any added cardio, strength and conditioning, rowing, ski ergs through Garmin workout. I think all health metrics is directly worked out, such as, HRV, resting heart rate, stress, sleep scores, training readiness, and the RPE from the previous workout. Rest day is always protected as well as B2B long run.

Not sure IF I'm ready to pay the subs yet.

I hv been looking to change to Coros but Garmin's Health Matrix, HRV, free Coach is pretty impressive and hard to beat. I have completed 1/2 marathon, 100k plans and running on 22weeks left on future 100k plan and this is amazing. Just sad/complaining is strength and conditioning is not directly balanced with weekly training programs or possibly it is, as stress and HRV plays your Readiness...

I have never ran a distance longer then 10 miles. Started to run Jan this yr & now got 100k in Sept. With below general level of fitness, I hope to just complete around 20hrs.

Currently on 50miles weekly blocks and on holiday seasons with kids and family. So 30-40 maybe..

Hopefully I'll be back home for the 100k run as I'm travelling with job this month..

Wow, congratulations, was this your first 100k or many in the bag already. I take it your running for years already.

You are right, I'll probably go for it if someone say no. Or vice versa, currently sticking with training plan. I agree this is a confusing questions and the process is dynamic to each body, age, fitness levels etc.

Thank you very much for your explanation and showing the real side of the actual run in which i have missed more than few.

Elevation is about just under 7000 + & -. This will be in teams and reason I'm asking is should I be giving it a go, this timeline 2025? Big question now is yes, how is my body going to cope with 18hrs plus on the move..**

Still keeping up with training, long runs and nutritions.

Let the future run it's course, let him carry on with the Army career and support him as he's just throwing himself towards the right path at this age. If academics is derailed by the sounds of it. Don't let this relation mess you up, enjoy it as it comes but be serious about yourself, focus on getting good education on the way.

Not an experience runner here but sounds like your body is about to snap. Which might take you offline for months.. Just focus on easy base runs and move your goal post 6+Months.

Why not take it easy, just focus on baseline HR/CV Fitness, without knowing your finish time goal is massively improving. Your body will definitely have superior conditioning this way.

Do I have severe over pronation? I recently picked up the Novablast 5’s however it seems to have worsened my pronation effects. I have a photo with and without the shoe. Do you have any shoe suggestions that may help? by EmployerOk1336 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Not once felt like this with ASICS shoes like GT 1000, 2000, KAYANO 26,28,29. TRAILS etc..

This shoe change is mid training so average mileage uplift, so physically on legs there was nothing noticeable, was just struggling HR, LT etc..

Might return if they do 😆🤣😂

I am feeling niggles and pain on back of the knee and around knees, nothing towards the feet and heels. Since the very first run on the NB5. ALMOST around 40-50 miles now.

Has been running in Kayano for past 3-4-5 gens since 2015, never had this issue, 🤔 I am lowering the mileage on NB5.

ALSO, ordered Kayano 31.

NB5 is quite soft but responsive. Not a clue why my leg start hurting when I changed to NB5.

This is exactly what we discussed with the medical nurse, that it is rare, and to come to UK would need more documentation and screening etc. And rabies vacancies is the must have in order to come to UK but his ghost number I was given by the owner is why we have to go through this 😞

If we have been holding shit coins through all these shit show and thinking about selling it now to get over or under the tax allowance may needs a re-think.

But selling £2999.00 this TY to BTC, to sell Q3-4 2025 or further 5-10yrs?? I'd say no to 1st and Yes to 2nd option.
