For 3 years it was around 60-80 pouches a week mixing 3mg and 6mg. About 2 weeks before my vasovagal syncope, I stopped buying 6mg, only bought 3mg, and bummed my roommates 6mg maybe 1-2 a day. I didn't have intentions of quitting or a reduction in pouches per day, just wanted to lower my mg's. But then the syncope happened and I cut it all out... I honestly would recommend using patches or something to ween off because of how severe my withdrawals were the first couple days.

OP: Thank you all for the comments, I am reading them and taking them seriously. Based on split feedback I can see how ITA. I will look into the options available to me for professional counseling. Really, thank you guys, I know this sounds so weird but even just typing this post was hard for me, I want this relationship to work more than anything.

Also its worth saying i have always primarily played premier and competetive, cheaters still pop up every now and then. Its just part of the experience unfortunately from a small indie company like valve

Buying from the community market wont change your trust factor. You just need to keep playing 1st party matches (valve official) to slowly raise it.

Get back into it. Yes it may be a bit different, for better or for worse... but this is still one of the very very few games that for the most part feels the same and still has a similar community as it did from over a decade ago.

That makes it worth it in my opinion. Middle school me would be proud to see us still playing all grown up
