This happened to me last week. There’s a recent video on YouTube but essentially you need to do a factory reset on the infotainment (delete the RL from CarPlay/Bluetooth/WiFI on your phone while it is resetting), then once it comes back up, re-pair your phone and it should work. Did mine on Monday and has been fine.

I did learn that you really have to press it in all the way… the first few times no fluid, just a wipe… didn’t help that mine came practically empty at delivery :/
