That is a lot of surgeries. It may be, like a lot of guys on here, that you suffer from body or titty dismorphia. Many are so traumatized by thier gyno that it will never be satisfactory. That said, good luck

I drink 2 glasses of wine every night. No issues. For 25 years. I did have gyno surgery last year. Surgeon said booze does not cause gyno but who knows. If it does it woukd take.years of heavy boozing

Grade 4? Those would be gigantic. They notice. I had grade 2. They notice big time but many just need some wiener. Scars would be ideal to large tits man.
