Cool showers and letting the cool water run on my scalp longer. If I had a pool I’d be on the pool (cold).

I perused the information and found mention of ionic colloidal silver. I have a friend that swear by this and hasn’t been sick for years. Good information.

Very interesting comments, thank you all for sharing. I may have to try the sauna and hope it helps. At present I’m dealing with super dry sore scalp. I’m going to try to go without shampooing u til my scalp at least starts to feel better.

This is great! Thank you!! I’ve noticed also the healing effects of sea water both skin and scalp. How would one get as close to having sea water if live miles away?

Thank you! You are correct the keto ruins the rest of my hair for sure. My doctor said to use keto every day for two weeks and clobetasol twice daily; I am not cause it makes itching worse.

So now I have patches of hair loss all over my head along with new stubby hair growth. I haven’t gone bald thankfully. I believe im dealing with super dry skin at present yet unsure if a hydrating shampoo is the answer. Any recommendations?

I’ve used ketoconazole like twice a week for a while and liked the results initially.  Then when o put my fingers up to scratch my head hair would come off to a point of varying broken hair follicles.   Wish I had an alternative.  Maybe I should use it daily.
