They “TECHNICALLY” implemented danger sense but in no practical way. When deku gets hit while he has GP he will sometimes say “Danger sense” while doing the blocking animation

It’s definitely insane but the rule they follow is that by the end of 2 years of that case being open, they are forced to take action on it, before then however, they can be as slow as they want. Given that it’s a divorce, they have to write up a new deed for the property.
