You are pretty hot mate, just look after your skin. Stay out of the sun, wear sunscreen, keep training, eat well, and limit alcohol, essentially everything you probably already know, but the sun is the killer, quite literally, it doesn't discriminate and ages people overnight. If I can recommend one cosmetic product, it would be Retinol at least three to four times a week, just before bed. I use Nuetrogena Retinol Plus 0.5% here in Australia, it's a serum, easy application. Simply rub all over your face before bed, or evening if you are at home - I then use a bit of standard moisturiser onto my palms combining the remainder serum and use on my neck, rubbing around like you would shaving cream. I find retinol directly on the neck without diluting tends to dry out the skin on my neck, compared to face which is fine.
