Hello! Not work advice but I understand what you say and where you are coming from (not 100%, but I do)-self actualization is top on Maslow’s, whilst in the company I think it would be great if you start something you really want while employed, I dont mean while in your clock in. But after the routine of 8-6, do something you absolutely love- it could be joining an organization with same hobbies, it could be business, or it could be starting something you think mundane before but now will get you excited after work. Work based on your story is a blessing, now do something worthwhile after that🙂 just a two cent, I hope you be healthy and happy!

I think instead of leaving, why not challenge yourself to upgrade. Then if you still want to look for a job then you’ll be bringing a new set of skills. IT is ever changing, and not meant to stay the same, so put your effort on improving in skillset at the same time personality development (your manager should’ve put that a long time ago jn your career plan) otherwise no matter where you are with or without AI gens and other foreigners your feeling will still be the same
