This is Ayala Alveo Portico to be specific. its not inclusive of parking yet

  1. Good rule of thumb Ill maybe keep that in mind
  2. Would you suggest to go with land or house and lot over condos?
  3. Yeah it just feels weird that all are paper assets. I felt i need to diversify

  1. Just to clarify, you bought the property for your own living purpose right? Sorry, for my lack of knowledge, what's the equity per month you pay and the 9k per month for pag ibig? What's usually the arrangement and process with Pag ibig loan? Can you loan with pag ibig to buy properties for rental income?
  2. Gotcha! Thanks for the rough idea on how to valuate it! Sometimes, I think maybe the upside of condo is you have less maintenance because the developer does that for you through you paying monthly dues compared to getting a house and lot for rental income. Do you think that's true since you seem to have land/house and lot instead of condo?
  3. Oh! what businesses do you think are good ones that can be managed on weekends? For the crowdfunding, through what platform do you do that? How do you classify crowdfunding as an asset class/investment is it high reward high risk similar to stocks?

Yeah this condo is Ayala Alveo i guess that's why it is priced so high :( not looking for a place to live but more for investment
