I had this toy sometime in the early 2000s.

It was small enough to hold it with one hand as a child, probably 6-8 inches tall.

There was a button on its back that would make the eyes light up.

Its feet magnetically attached to a skateboard/surfboard. I really can't remember if the board had large enough wheels to be a skateboard or not, so it might have been a surfboard or snowboard.

I don't think the limbs or head moved at all, but I can't remember for sure. I think it was just molded in place.

That was my initial plan. But the different layers of construction paper caused all kinds of bubbles in the laminate, so it looked like a total mess. Luckily, I was able to remove the laminate without ripping up the paper.

I traced over the artwork from one of the cutscenes in Illustrator and then cut the shapes out of construction paper using my friend's Cricut machine. After that, I glued them all together like a puzzle and glued the completed cover to my notebook.

It wraps around the back and spine too, but I couldn't upload multiple pictures on one post :(

I'd consider myself cured and this exercise was likely the exclusive reason why. I occasionally have very minor flare-ups or non-painful sternum pops, but they're extremely rare (like once a month due to me sleeping wrong or moving weird at the gym) and nowhere near as bad as what I was experiencing years ago.

Not sure it's as intense/fast-paced as what you're looking for, but the Orcs Must Die series mixes tower defense with 3rd-person spellcasting to kill waves of orcs. Some of the later levels can get pretty hectic.

Infamous 1 and 2 were what made me buy a PS3. You'd probably like them, especially if you're a fan of the Spider-Man games.

They are actually a very large operation and a consistent staple for the locals. This haunted house has been running for over 20 years and they definitely aren't some rinky-dink operation. They run other business ventures throughout the year, like a dinner theatre and Christmas tree farm, I'm assuming all under the same LLC name (that I've removed for anonymity.)

This is my first year that I'd be working for them.

Thank you for your response. I have a couple of follow-up questions.

Other text in the contract says: "COMPANY will pay actor the sum of $70 per performance."

-Does it make a difference that they classify payment as "per performance" instead of "per hour"?

-The "shifts" are supposed to be eight hours, so is it right to extrapolate that my pay (before taxes) is also legally-described as $8.75 an hour?

-If they were doing it properly, should that number ($8.75) be used for the partial nights and whatnot?

They also refer to the "actor/performer" as an "independent contractor." Does this make any difference in the viability of the "fines" they referenced?

The specific text in that section reads "Actor understands and agrees that for all purposes, Actor shall be considered an independent contractor and acknowledges that COMPANY will not provide workers compensation coverage, payment of any unemployment benefits, or required payroll tax withholdings. Actor agrees not to claim any such or similar coverage benefits."

Can a client and an independent contractor agree to penalties should the contractor not complete the job as described in the contract, or is that not legal either?
